Southport Skin Cosmetic and Medical Clinic is a bulk billing practice, however some cosmetic procedures may be billed privately. Please consult with your doctor to get more information.

We kindly ask our patients to call our clinic to make an appointment prior to coming into our clinic.

It is the patient’s responsibility to follow up on their test results. We actively encourage our patients to be proactive regarding their healthcare and book a follow-up appointment to receive results before leaving the clinic. Unless encryption is used, email is not a secure medium for communicating sensitive information, such as test results. Moreover, in order to protect your privacy, you should never email personal information such as your date of birth, address, Medicare card number, etc. to our clinic.

Test results are only given out to the patient. Test results are never given out to the third parties without a signed patient’s consent form.

Yes. Script only appointments are available daily to accommodate your script needs.

Unfortunately, we do not have an agreement with private insurance companies, however we will provide you with a copy of an invoice and a receipt for claiming purposes.

We do not offer immunisation services at the Southport Skin Cosmetic and Medical Clinic.

We offer a videoconference consultations. Speak to our reception team to book one in.

Please ask the reception for the ‘transfer of medical records’ form. This form will be sent to your previous health provider. Please be advised that sometimes transfer of records may incur a fee.
